Code of conduct in emergency
- When emergency situation occurs, contact the engineer or the related organization.
- Engineer: The emergency call system is located on the walls of each train at both side.
- Related organization: Fire Station (119), Police Station (112)
- Integrate Control Station

- Pay attention to the engineer's assistance (broadcast) and follow the instruction accordingly.
- Use a fire extinguisher or emergency access door to immediately cope with the emergency situation.
- In case evacuating from a tunnel (between stations), be cautious for the operating train on the other side and move along the track you got off from.
♦ Do not use any emergency devices in the train when emergency situation occurs.

Line No. 1 & 2
- Push the cover at the bottom on the side of the chair on the access door side.
- Pull the lever forward to remove air.
- Open the access door to the side using both hands.
Line No. 3
- to manually open the door with hands,
- open the cover on the right side of the door
- and turn the knob to the right side
How to use a fire extinguisher and its location.
Line No. 1, 2 & 3
- Separate the fire extinguisher by pulling the latch of the extinguisher,
- hook your finger in the safety pin ring and pull the safety pin out.
- Place the nozzle directly to the fire while grabbing the handle tight.
- Scatter it like sweeping around the fire.
♦ Use the fire extinguisher in the same direction of wind.
Using emergency call and its location
Line No. 1, 2 & 3
- The emergency telephone system is located on the wall of each passenger train at the end.
Open the cover of the emergency telephone system - talk to the engineer using the microphone.
(You have to press the PUSH button on the microphone while talking and listening.)
